The following terms used in these rules and conditions carry specific meanings. A definition of each term is provided below for clarity:

Eligibility and Age Requirement

To open an account and play on the bdff platform, users must meet the following requirements:

• bdff officers, employees, and their immediate family members.

Account Registration

Registration on the bdff platform is completely free. Each user may create only one account.

3.1 Information Provided at Registration

The information you provide at registration must be completely accurate, up to date, and genuine. Providing false information may result in the account being cancelled and any accumulated funds being forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

• It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential.
• You are solely responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to bdff support immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Verification (KYC)

bdff may request that a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process be completed at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdff platform are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (for each method).
• You may only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• To prevent money laundering, bdff may investigate any suspicious transaction.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The applicable wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

A deposit request cannot be cancelled once processing has begun. A withdrawal request may be cancelled through bdff support before processing begins.

Bonuses and Promotions

bdff offers various bonuses and promotional offers. By claiming these offers, you are considered to have accepted the associated terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 10x wagering requirement applies before this bonus can be used.

5.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is met.
• If the conditions are not met within the specified time limit after claiming a promotional bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• bdff reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback Program

bdff's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), and Platinum (up to 0.8%). You can move up tiers based on your activity. The cashback for each tier applies every week.

Gaming Rules

All users must follow the rules below while playing on the bdff platform.

6.1 Game Results

All game results on bdff are controlled by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is impartial and verifiable. Game providers independently audit this system. bdff is committed to ensuring fair play.

6.2 Technical Errors

• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Incorrect winning amounts displayed due to a technical error may be corrected by bdff.
• bdff is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.

Either the user or bdff may close the account. Any verified balance available at the time of account closure will be returned; however, bonus funds or amounts subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements are not refundable.
